These Rates Include ONE Bathroom. For Each Additional Bathroom Please Include $10
Basic Cleaning Includes:
KITCHEN: Cleaning of tabletops, countertops and backsplash, microwave inside and out, stove top, exterior of the door and glass, exterior of refrigerator door handles, and kick plate. Cleaning of sink, polishing of faucet and drain.
BATHROOMS: Cleaning/ Sanitizing of tub shower shower walls/tiles and door, toilet inside/out, sink, polishing of faucet and drain, counter top mirror and soap dish.
BEDROOMS: Make beds / change sheets, dust/wipe down furniture pictures and shelving.
THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE/LIVING ROOM: Sweep and mop floors, vacuum carpets(client must provide vacuum) dusting/ wipe down of furniture, shelves, pictures, moldings, blinds, baseboards(Deep Cleanings/Move Ins/Outs Only) cleaning of windows/ceils, spot cleaning of cabinets. Exterior cleaning of trash bins. Garbage removed. Odors removed.
Deep Cleanings Includes:
All of the above including in the basic cleaning. Cleaning inside of refrigerator, oven, cabinets, trash bins. Entire cleaning of cabinets, doors/door frames, baseboards. One load of laundry included.
