Overhauls:
Rotating equipment after operating for 25000 to 35000 Hours, require thorough examination by opening the equipment. The Journal bearings, Thrust bearings, Turbine rotor and Diaphragms, Gear box internals, Generator stator and rotor, Compressor diaphragms and rotor, - all these equipment’s require a thorough cleaning, physical inspection, inspection by NDT, re-assembly including changing of damaged components with spares, re-calibration and put back to services.
We execute turnkey services in carrying out overhauls for all types of steam turbines (including governing system), turbo generators, high speed centrifugal compressors, pumps, gear boxes, no matter who built them originally, at various industries Viz., Power generation, Petro chemicals, Fertilizers, Cement, Paper manufacturing, Steel production etc.
